Lovault is run by Matei-Ionut Suta, an individual based in Massachusetts, USA. No company has been registered for it yet.

Who sells what

• The early-access licence is sold by Polar (polar.sh), the merchant of record: Polar takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT and sends the receipt.
• Credits for AI models, if you buy them through the Lovault Gateway, are sold by Lovault itself. Stripe processes the card payment; Lovault never sees card numbers.

Copyright complaints

Send them to [email protected] with the details listed in section 12 of the Terms of Service.

The rules that apply

The Terms of Service, governed by the law of Massachusetts; the Privacy policy; the Refund policy; the Cookie policy; and the licences of the software Lovault includes.
