When you get your money back, and how to ask.
Ask within 14 days of buying and you get back everything you paid, tax included. Polar, which sells the licence for us as the seller of record, returns it to the card you paid with, and the licence ends. After 14 days, we refund only where the law requires it.
Credits are not refundable, except in special circumstances: write to [email protected] and we will look at your case. Opening a card dispute instead freezes the account until we have reviewed it. Credit left on an account ends when the account is deleted.
Not sold yet. Its refund terms will be shown before you can buy it.
Write to [email protected] from the email address you paid with, and include the order number from your receipt. For the licence you can also write to Polar at [email protected]; its buyer terms apply to the payment.
Nothing here limits any right your local consumer law gives you.
